Situation Analysis Priorities
The Redhill/Kentmere community is geographically, socially, and economically well endowed. The area has a strong agricultural base, organized community groups, proximity to Nairobi, and opportunities for coordinated community action.

Build on existing community groups and local networks to support mobilization, consensus building, education, and community action.

Promote unity and shared purpose among residents
Encourage residents from different backgrounds, generations, and interest groups to participate in community development.

Address social and economic challenges affecting the area
Recognize issues such as poverty alongside prosperity, food insecurity, education and training needs, youth employment, and changing family values.
