Strategic Plan

Explore the RKRA Five-Year Strategic Plan and its foundations, objectives, situation analysis, and review approach. The plan frames community action around growth, conservation, collaboration, and implementation.

Strategic Foundations

The plan was created in response to rapid development, unplanned housing, environmental degradation, Vision 2030, devolution, and the Kiambu County Integrated Development Plan.

Strategies & Objectives

Six strategic pillars: membership growth, government collaboration, smart agriculture, controlled development, the Limuru Highlands Zonal Spatial Plan, and implementation of the RKRA Strategic Plan.

Situation Analysis & SWOT

Social, economic, health, environmental, and political factors affecting RKRA, plus a SWOT table.

Monitoring & Review

The plan is a living document. Residents are invited to propose changes as needs evolve. RKRA intends to remain close to decision-making centres.

RKRA Focus

Planned development, conservation, security, civic participation, and resident welfare remain central to every RKRA initiative.
