Applicants can sign in, complete the RKRA Development Proposal Submission and Review Form, and prepare the supporting documents needed for RKRA review.Environmental ConservationConcerns include diminishing tree cover, soil and water degradation, air and noise pollution, littering, dumping, and over-exploitation of natural resources.Limuru Highlands Zonal Spatial PlanRKRA supports completion and implementation of this spatial plan through engagement with the County Government and County Assembly.Infrastructure & ServicesCovers roads, water supply, electricity, and engagement with providers including KPLC and private sector players.SecurityRooted in RKRA's origins, including the Kantaria Police Post and the Kentmere Administrative Police Post initiative, reflecting the value of a safe, family-friendly environment.Resident Employee RegistryPublicly accessible online registry for residents to submit employee onboarding, update, and termination information as part of RKRA's community security initiative. Submissions are routed to RKRA Admin, the Security Committee, and the Location Chief's office for record keeping and community security coordination.
