Monitoring & Review

The plan is a living document. Residents are invited to propose changes as needs evolve. RKRA intends to remain close to decision-making centres.

Monitoring & Review Priorities

  1. 1

Treat the strategic plan as a living document

The plan is recognized as a work in progress, with gaps to be filled as more information becomes available and as public plans evolve.

  2. 2

    Remain engaged with decision-making centres

RKRA will stay close to relevant centres of decision-making to ensure maximum benefit and full participation in processes affecting residents.

  3. 3

Track changes in government systems and planning frameworks

RKRA will monitor changes related to devolved government, national, county, and sub-county planning, and the domestication of laws to county-level situations.

  4. 4

Maintain resident participation in plan review

Residents are invited to propose changes to the plan as it is shared for comments, information, and action.

  5. 5

Adapt the plan as community needs change

RKRA will review and adjust the plan as the needs of the Redhill/Kentmere area evolve.

  6. 6

Use subcommittees and Executive Committee oversight

Detailed activities related to each strategy are to be created and managed through the responsible subcommittee, with oversight by the RKRA Executive Committee.
