Infrastructure & Services Priorities

    Improve roads and access infrastructure

    RKRA identifies roads, access roads, feeder roads, and lobbying for road repair and maintenance as important infrastructure priorities.

    Lobby for tarmacking and road maintenance

    Proposed actions include lobbying KeRRA for tarmacking of Kirongothi Road/Dharmashi Raini and Redhill South Road, and lobbying County Government to repair and maintain access and feeder roads.

    Improve electricity supply and service reliability

    RKRA proposes lobbying Kenya Power to stabilize and regulate electricity supply and cost in the area.

    Strengthen water access and protection

    The area has dams, rivers, springs, and piped water supply, which the plan treats as important resources requiring protection and responsible management.

    Support communication and public information channels

    The plan identifies easy communication as a strength and proposes newsletters, community signboards, family clusters, meetings, and other platforms for informing residents.
